Morbier raclette

  • 600g Morbier
  • 3 Morteau sausages
  • 12 potatoes
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 16 pickled onions
  • Salt

Step 1

Slice the Morbier.
Cook the unpeeled potatoes and the Morteau sausages in salted, boiling water for 25 minutes.

Step 2

Drain and keep the potatoes warm.
Slice the Morteau sausages and keep warm.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters.

Step 3

Place the potatoes, sausages and tomatoes on a serving dish with the pickled onions.
Serve on the table with a raclette machine.


While the cheese melts, you can put slices of the Morteau sausage on the grill!
