Morbier AOP and sun-dried tomato muffins

Ingredients

  • 150g Morbier AOP
  • 150g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 6 quarters of dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • Salt Pepper

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200° and grease the muffin tins with a brush and some sunflower oil.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the flour and the baking powder. In a second bowl, mix the eggs, crème fraîche, milk, olive oil and curry powder.

Step 3

Combine the two bowls and mix until you have a smooth batter. Cut the Morbier into small cubes.

Step 4

Stir the sun-dried tomatoes, chives and Morbier into the mixture.

Step 5

Season.

Step 6

Fill the muffin tins with the batter and bake for about 20 minutes.
