Morbier AOP and cured ham pizza

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 6 slices of Morbier AOP
  • 4 thin slices of cured ham
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Chives

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Step 2

Unroll the pastry dough onto the surface. Spread crème fraîche all over the dough and place slices of Morbier on top.

Step 3

Finely chop the 1/2 red onion and place that on the Morbier.

Step 4

Cook the pizza for 20 minutes. Whilst it is cooking, chop the chives.

Step 5

Once your pizza is cooked, add the slices of cured ham and chives.
