UN RÈGLEMENT TECHNIQUE TRÈS
STRICT
The quality of the Morbier is taken very seriously
in the Franche-Comté. The production rules
are extremely strict, from the milkproducer to
the cheese-maker and refiner (technical regulations
of the AOC Morbier available on request).
Objectives:
- respect of the traditionnal
production rules,
- guarantee of the bond
with the country,
- respect of the law and
production of excellent Morbier cheeses,
- assurance of the security
for health of the cheeses.
