Morbier cheese obtained its A.O.C. label!


 



"AN AOC TO RECOGNIZE THE EXPERTISE OF OUR ANCESTORS !"

For us, cheesemakers of the Doubs and the Jura, the AOC is the recognition of our work; it is also and above all a tribute to our fathers and grand-fathers, to all those who made in the course of the decades , during two centuries, these special country cheeses!

Moreover, the AOC is at least a protection for our Morbier of raw milk, for the cheeses and products of our country.

If we fought together during 10 years to get this recognition, it's also for our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, so that tomorrow they still can enjoy Morbier!
